At Coverproai, we have always believed that:
Payment is not the climax of a transaction, but rather the most vulnerable moment of trust.
Therefore, we simplify payment methods as much as possible, retaining only those we consider relatively stable, transparent, and user-friendly.

1. Supported Payment Methods

Currently, Coverproai only supports payments via PayPal.

We do not support any payment methods other than PayPal.

2. Why We Only Use PayPal

We chose to use only PayPal primarily based on the following considerations:

  • To avoid directly collecting, storing, or accessing users' bank card information.
  • To utilize PayPal's mature encryption system and risk control mechanisms.
  • To provide relatively straightforward buyer protection and dispute resolution processes for cross-border transactions.
  • To prioritize the security and controllability of payments within our limited resources.

This may not be the most "convenient" solution, but we believe it is the more secure option at this time.

3. PayPal Payment Method Explanation

During checkout:

  • You will be redirected to the official PayPal payment page.
  • The PayPal platform entirely handles the payment process.
  • Coverproai cannot see or save your payment account, bank card, or password information.

In some countries and regions:

  • Even without a PayPal account,
  • You can still complete the payment using a credit or debit card through PayPal.

Whether this function is supported will be indicated on the PayPal page.

4. Currency

  • All order amounts are displayed and settled in US Dollars (USD).
  • If your PayPal account uses a different currency,

PayPal may automatically convert the currency in accordance with its exchange rate rules.

PayPal determines exchange rates and related fees, and Coverproai cannot intervene.

5. Payment Success and Order Confirmation

  • After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal.
  • At the same time, Coverproai will send you an order confirmation email.
  • The order will only enter the processing stage after payment is successful.

If you have completed payment but have not received an order confirmation, please contact us immediately.

6. Payment Failures or Abnormal Situations

If you encounter any of the following situations:

  • Payment failure
  • Payment successful, but the order was not generated.
  • Duplicate payment

Please get in touch with us immediately via email and include:

  • PayPal transaction ID
  • Order number

We will assist you in verifying the transaction on the PayPal platform, minimizing your wait time and anxiety.

7. Relationship between Refunds and Payment Methods

  • All refunds will be returned to your PayPal account.
  • It is not possible to change the refund method or transfer it to other payment methods.
  • The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on PayPal's processing speed.

8. Payment Security Statement

  • Coverproai will not ask you for your PayPal password in any form.
  • We will not request sensitive payment information via email or private message.
  • All payment transactions should only be completed on the official PayPal page.

If you encounter any suspicious situations, please stop the operation immediately and contact us.

9. Adjustments to Payment Methods

We may adjust the available payment methods in the future based on actual circumstances.
Any changes will be announced on the website page in advance.

Until then, PayPal is our only payment option.
