2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
  • The processing process includes inventory confirmation, packaging, and the generation of logistics information.

Before the order is officially shipped, the logistics information may not yet be updated, which is normal.
We will not upload invalid or inactive tracking numbers prematurely to "make it look faster."

All delivery times are estimates and do not include uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, holidays, weather, and flight schedule changes.

4. About Tracking Information

  • After shipment, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number.
  • Logistics information may take 3–7 days to update in some countries.
  • Information stagnation during international transit and customs clearance is common.

If there is no update for a long time, we recommend contacting us directly rather than repeatedly refreshing the page.

5. About Customs & Duties

Local customs determine these fees and are not included in the product or shipping costs, nor can they be accurately estimated in advance.
