At Coverproai, we understand that not every item will perfectly fit into your life the first time you encounter it.
Therefore, we give you the space to reconsider, and we want to explain our return policy clearly and honestly.
1. Return Window
- We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of receipt.
- Orders placed more than 14 days ago cannot be returned.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible after deciding to return the item so we can assist with the subsequent procedures.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The item shows no apparent damage, stains, or customer-caused odors.
- The packaging is intact (including original packaging, accessories, etc.).
Opening the package may be necessary to confirm the item's suitability.
As long as it does not affect resale, we will not refuse a return simply because it has been opened.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items damaged due to personal use or improper storage
- Items explicitly marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable.

4. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Please provide the following in the email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item
- We will reply within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
Please do not return the item yourself before receiving confirmation to avoid unnecessary delays or loss.
5. Return Shipping Cost
- For returns due to product quality issues or damage during shipping, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., unsuitability, dislike), the buyer usually covers the return shipping costs.
We understand that returns are not made lightly, and we will do our best to negotiate a solution with you within reasonable limits.
6. Refund Policy
- After the returned goods have been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be arranged.
- The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is usually 3–7 business days (the exact arrival time depends on the payment institution).
We will not delay refunds that should be completed due to complex procedures.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive goods with the following problems:
- Damaged during transportation
- Wrong item or model sent
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of signing for the package and attach clear photos.
We will prioritize handling such cases rather than requiring you to bear responsibilities that are not yours.
